Product Description:

Specially designed for the dual working conditions of "corrosion+impact" of chemical acid and alkali materials, metallurgical waste residue, environmental hazardous waste, etc., it solves the pain points of poor impact resistance, easy fragmentation, weak corrosion resistance, and easy pollution of ordinary grinding balls. A metallurgical enterprise used it to grind acid containing waste residue, and the crushing rate decreased from 12% to 1.5%; A certain chemical enterprise processes alkaline materials, with a service life twice that of ordinary grinding balls, which helps stabilize production in high load corrosion scenarios.

Features:

Using a composite substrate of "alumina+zirconia", the alumina content is 90% to ensure a corrosion-resistant foundation, and 5% zirconia is added to enhance impact resistance. The flexural strength reaches 35MPa, and there are no cracks in the 1.8m drop ball impact (ordinary grinding balls crack at 1.2m). After special testing, the weight loss rate after soaking in 5% hydrochloric acid/12% caustic soda for 30 days is ≤ 0.03%, and the surface nano sealing treatment has no impurities dissolved, which meets the GB/T 3074.1-2017 standard.
